 Using your expertise, you will assist with scope requirements, field design documentation, and change request testing. You will also act as an “expert” product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate and prioritise customer requirements to other areas of the business. A focal point of your role involves optimising overall efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.


The role involves writing engagement content, including:

  • As-built documentation
  • User training guides
  • Technical user documentation
  • Design and Specification documents
  • On-line content for websites and portals

Skills required

  • You will be a strong and accurate writer who puts the customer at the heart of their work
  • You aren’t afraid to get in and get the work done, whether working individually or as a team
  • You’re a real problem solver and can analyse and work through complex issues
  • You have hands-on project experience with ERP/ Procurement systems (advantageous)
