The key accountabilities of the role:
- Quality of backlog items
- Sprin delivery and release
- Assistance with documentation
The key responsibilities of the role:
- Develop product backlog items with detailed feature specifications and clear
- acceptance criteria, ensuring they are understood by the Engineering and QA teams
- Actively clear roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint
- goals
- Work with the Project Manager to prioritise and maintain the sprint backlog
- Facilitate Sprint planning and grooming sessions and participate in scrum ceremonies
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven excellent product management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Superior time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise projects
- Proactive, self-starter and results-driven with can-do attitude
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- Proficiency with Atlassian Jira software
- In depth knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
- 5+ years' experience in SaaS product development
