The key accountabilities of the role:

 

  • Ensuring IT support SLAs are met, including response, resolution, and user satisfaction targets.
  • Driving automation and standardisation of employee onboarding, offboarding, and license provisioning to increase productivity and compliance.
  • Supporting enterprise applications (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Atlassian) to deliver business value and enablement.
  • Reducing IT costs through SaaS and infrastructure optimisation and asset lifecycle management.
  • Maintaining accurate IT asset and license records to support budgeting, compliance, and forecasting.

 

The key responsibilities of the role:

 

  • Resolve IT tickets with high quality, ensuring problems and root causes are documented and knowledge base articles are generated.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows for Corporate IT Processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access management to improve compliance and reduce manual effort.
  • Provide system administration and application support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Atlassian, Salesforce, and other key SaaS platforms.
  • Support the delivery of departmental digital transformation projects by configuring and enabling enterprise applications.
  • Maintain and optimise SaaS license usage and asset management to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to automation and AI pilots that improve ticket resolution, knowledge base growth, and IT process efficiency.
  • Assist with SaaS tenant consolidations, ensuring standardisation and cost savings.

 

The key requirements for the role:

 

  • Proven ability to resolve complex IT issues within SLA-driven environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, documentation and communication skills to capture resolutions and produce reusable knowledge base content.
  • Hands-on automation skills using Power Automate, PowerShell, or similar scripting.
  • Ability to learn new technical skills in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows/MacOS platforms, Windows Servers and Networking. Exposure to Atlassian, Salesforce, and SaaS Platforms would be desirable.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL practices.
  • Awareness of emerging AI and automation trends in IT support and service delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in IT systems administration, application support, or advanced IT support.
  • Exposure to automation workflows, Salesforce, or SaaS tenant consolidation projects, with a willingness to develop further
