Campaign Manager Customer Marketing

About us:

Making a meaningful difference with mission-critical software that empowers communities to thrive.

ReadyTech is more than just a one-trick pony playing in one market with one product, or one customer. We re-imagine, design, develop and deliver technology to solve our customer’s diverse problems – supporting multiple businesses across a variety of markets to be ready for anything.

We’re an ASX-listed company which means we are stable, have a strong track record of sustainable growth and have a significant number of long-term customers.  So, what does this mean for you? It means we can offer you an experience that will push you to be your best, provide career-building challenges, and that will offer you numerous growth opportunities that can’t be found in any other company.

It’s an inclusive environment where there is no place for politics, where we get our heads together to solve the problems that really matter to our customers, and where we always stay focused on our north star – the communities we serve, and society at large.

This is a hybrid position 2-3 days in the city office.  Tuesdays & Thursdays being the anchor days.

The Customer Marketing Campaign Manager role will focus on designing, creating, and delivering a superior customer experience through the development of initiatives that focus on building engagement and affinity from onboarding and education through to engagement, retention and ultimately advocacy.

Reporting to the Acquistion Marketing & CX Lead, this is an exciting role for an energetic and customer obsessed individual that will provide the right candidate an opportunity to be part of an amazing next stage of change and growth at ReadyTech.

You will be a confident and proactive self-starter with a passion for learning, problem solving, and making data driven decisions to surprise and delight customers. You’re always accountable for your actions, you never give up, and you strive to find the best outcomes – identifying solutions rather than dwelling on problems. To be successful in this role you will be a team player, have an obsession for driving engagement and making customer’s happy, have a keen interest in data and the role it plays in understanding and predicting customer needs, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Skills and knowledge required:

  • Effective understanding and use of time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines while driving results.
  • Outstanding analytical and reporting skills, working with complex datasets to understand/analyse performance, measure outcomes and present meaningful data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ownership and accountability that means you get the job done the right way, no matter what obstacles you face.
  • Adaptable and positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of user engagement and CRM tools incl. experience with segmentation, journey mapping and data management best practices.
  • Understanding of the mechanics of a B2B technology customer.
  • 3-4 years’ experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders including Product, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Proficiency with AppCues, Canny and Salesforce desired.
